Stan Balcom
For over 35 years, Stan Balcom empowered others. Successful in both the profit and non-profit sectors he has served, trained, mentored, counseled and managed.

Starting as a Peace Corps Volunteer, he experienced the difficulties of adjusting to life in different cultures. After service, he added to and applied that knowledge empowering others as Training Director for Peace Corps Ghana and, later, as a caseworker for refugees in Sudan. Back in the United States he worked with intellectually disabled adults and successfully provided sex offenders with services that both empowered them and protected the community.

After teaching himself computer programming and database administration, Stan managed teams of computer programmers and IT professionals in fast paced corporate environment and increased productivity of his teams by leading with the mentality of a mentor.

He is an active volunteer, directing ICF Life Catalyst program with his wife of 24 years, Suzanne. Stan’s experience and faith has driven him to found 7-70 Re-entry Services to serve the chronically under-served.

Stan has a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from University of Phoenix. He is a certified Life Catalyst Instructor and an active member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. As hobbies, Stan writes and trains for and races in triathlons.

Suzanne Balcom
Mrs. Suzanne Balcom has over 20 years’ experience in ministry and human services. Her singular passion is to help people overcome spiritual obstacles to find themselves in God. In 2007, she helped establish a jail ministry for International Christian Fellowship and is still a Volunteer Chaplin at Cook County Jail. With her husband, she co-directed ICF Life Catalyst, a faith based life skills and mentoring Ministry. She is an NCCA Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Suzanne possesses a Masters Degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Cornerstone University.

Nicole Braun
Nicole Braun lives with a passion is to unify teams, cultures, and people by transforming the organizations and systems that govern us all.

A seasoned management professional of 7+ years, Nicole currently serves as a management consultant both in her formal employment and volunteer work alike. Through her consulting work, Nicole has witnessed first-hand the importance of strong leadership and the impact it has on an organization accomplishing its mission. Her talent for effectively shaping strategy, establishing trust, and cultivating cross-departmental collaboration with stakeholders at all levels allows her to drastically enhance that leadership for those she serves.

God’s work in Nicole’s own personal life has propelled her to serve as a leader and active volunteer in numerous faith-based service organizations; including but not limited to, 10+ years formally mentoring children and youth of all ages. Through serving and her own personal struggles, Nicole realized the need for healthy effective organizations which has defined her career as a consultant.

An avid traveler, Nicole has explored over 17 countries. Combined with her experience working with immigrants and multi-cultural organizations here in the US, Nicole offers a deep global understanding that enables her to bring together people from a diversity of backgrounds.

Additionally, Nicole loves the outdoors. She has climbed Mt. Doom from Lord of the Rings (formally known as Mt. Ngauruhoe), hiked the Inca Trail, and enjoys kayaking whenever she gets the chance.

George Salter
George Salter is a reentry specialist. As the Community Support Advisory Council (CSAC) West Coordinator for Westside Health Authority, a faith based organization; George helps returning citizens transition from incarceration to community.

George received his degree and graduated with honor from SUNY at Geneseo School of Business. George is an ordained minister. George a.k.a. Modavador g, is an author and spoken word recording artist. In his work God’s Story- It All Good in the Hood, and Flip the Script, Modavador weaves artistic rhyme with the Word of God giving a creative, accurate, and fun panorama of the Bible. Navigators Ministry used Modavador g’s voice to create a discipleship program for a solar-powered audio player used in prisons throughout the country.

George has been married to his wife, Nina since 1996. They have three daughters: Brittney, Simone, and Daisha, and one grandson, Myion.
